Cattle Baron’s Ball 2015- Denim, Diamonds, and Pearls

The Cattle Baron’s Ball is the world’s largest single-night fundraiser for the American Cancer Society. This year’s prestigious event is hosted in Dallas, Texas on Saturday October 3rd. The event relies on the spirit and generosity of people who appreciate the event’s devotion to raising money towards developing lifesaving cancer treatments. Partnered with the American Cancer Association, the Ball has raised over $60 million since 1974. Every year the money raised is responsible for breakthroughs in the fight against cancer, stepping mankind closer to a cure. The majority of money raised goes towards research conducted at Dallas’ own UT Southwestern Medical Center, more than $34 million thus far. It is not too late to get tickets or more information on the event, please visit the Cattle Baron’s Ball website for more information.

This event is a celebration of life, county music and dancing are all part the evenings festivities. We at Cook Diamond’s love helping good people get into the spirit of giving in style. Country music’s most revered performers have entertained at the ball throughout its 40-year history and this year the tradition continues with country sensation Tim McGraw.

What do you wear to an event like this? Denim, diamonds and pearls! Following the jewelry trends from this year’s red carpet events, we recommend going with large statement pieces to highlight facial features and a show stopping bracelet. We love this Vincent Peach Tahitian Pearl and Diamond bracelet with a bright red lip and eight carat diamond stud earrings. For a little more color, try an Australian Opal lariat necklace.

We can’t wait to see everyone looking and doing their best to fight cancer at this Saturday’s annual charity event, The Cattle Baron’s Ball!

Cattle Baron’s Ball 2015- Denim, Diamonds, and Pearls

It was a night of classic beauty full of jewelry pieces making a statement in size and subtle, intricate detail. Stylists and celebrities focused on jewelry to highlight the face, creating drama with two to four carat diamond earring studs to longer diamond drops and chandelier earrings.

Stacked diamond bangles and tennis bracelets were still a must-have look. Celebrities wore large diamond bracelets or stacked delicate pieces to make some amazing fashion statements.

The holiday season parties and the Cattle Baron’s Ball of Dallas are just around the corner, let Cook Diamonds help you recreate these red carpet looks. Never be afraid to mix and match your diamond pieces. See below how to recreate your favorite TV stars’ looks.
